ConnectFree Router User Terms & Conditions | 使用条款

By using ConnectFree supplied by TEK-Shanghai, you are committing to the following Rules and Regulation:

1.1 Downloading or using illegal content in violation of laws and regulations in the country where ConnectFree hardware is located;

1.2 Sending or posting discriminatory, harassing, or threatening messages or images on the Internet or via personal email service

1.3 Illegal file sharing that is in violation of national or international copyrighting laws, including downloading, uploading, sharing, or creating of pirated audio, video files or software

1.4 File scanning without permission, stealing login accounts or unauthorized system login, or engaging in hacking activity that destroys, damages, or violates the information of others;

1.5 Posting or downloading sexual content, political incitement, virus/Trojans, racial discrimination and acts of child abuse;

1.6 Any kind of non-authorized sharing or public broadcasting of ConnctFree server information;

1.7 Sharing your ConnectFree account in any kind of format.

1.8 With any force majeure factor in between which may lead ConenctFree to be unavailable, TEK-Shanghai will provide different plan or compensation for subscribed users.

Important:

If customers are found to violate any of the relevant provisions above, TEK-Shanghai reserves the right to stop your service or delete the user’s account without refund. If the use is found to be in violation of national or international law, the customer shall own and bear all legal responsibilities.

The Terms of Service is written to be in compliance with all national legal regulations and should there be any conflict in interpretation then national laws and regulations shall prevail.

Important: If customers violate the relevant provisions of the above, we have the right to stop or delete the user’s account, if violated the law, they will own all legal responsibilities, and TEK-Shanghai refused to refund.

As used in this Terms of Service and national legal regulations there is any conflict with national laws regulations shall prevail.

 

User compliance

I understand and will abide by this Internet Usage Policy. I further understand that should I commit any violation of this policy, my access privileges may be revoked, disciplinary action and/or appropriate legal action may be taken.

 

禁止利用我们提供的路由器服务进行下列行为

1.1 下载或者非法利用违反服务器硬件所在的国家或地区法律法规的内容。

1.2 禁止发送垃圾电子邮件。

1.3 禁止使用ConnectFree服务时使用任何形式的程序或计算机软件进行P2P，BT,PT下载，上传，分享或者进行盗版音视频文件以及软件下载（ConnectFree允许10线程内的下载工具，请用户自行保证下载之文件拥有该文件知识产权持有人的授权）。

1.4 禁止进行非法扫描、盗取他人帐号、进入未经授权的系统以及破坏他人系统等黑客以及攻击行为但不限于此。

1.5 禁止进行色情交易、政治煽动、病毒/木马散发、种族歧视以及虐待儿童等行为或言论。

1.6 禁止私自分享，传播以及公开ConnectFree服务器信息。

1.7 禁止在第三方路由器登录ConnectFree账号，因为自身原因造成信息泄露和服务缺陷的，我们不提供任何退款服务。

1.8 如果碰到不可抗力因数导致ConnectFree 服务暂停，TEK-Shanghai将根据客户使用情况来进行适当补偿。

重要：如果客户违反以上相关条款，我们有权停止或者删除该用户的账号，如果触犯法律者，将自负一切法律责任，并拒绝任何方式的退款。

如本服务条款和国家法律条规有任何冲突， 以国家法律条规为准。
