Where is TEK-Shanghai located? Can I walk in?
TEK-Shanghai’s only walk-in retail store is at 71 Wuyuan Road (武源路71号), near Changshu Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai. Walk-ins are welcome Tuesday through Sunday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (closed Monday).
We also have a Pudong office at 1134 BiYun Road, Green City, but please note: the Pudong location is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and is NOT a walk-in retail store. To visit Pudong, please book an appointment first via WeChat (tekshanghai_puxi) or WhatsApp (+8613764853462).
What devices does TEK-Shanghai repair?
We repair iPhones (all models, including screen replacement, water damage, and battery), MacBooks and iMacs (screen, battery, logic board, keyboard — up to 8 years old), Windows PCs and laptops (virus removal, hardware repair, data recovery — up to 5 years old), iPads, Android phones (Samsung, Huawei, Motorola, etc.), speakers, headphones, amplifiers, and TVs. If it’s electronic, we can probably fix it.
How long does a repair take?
Most phone repairs take about 2 full working days. Computer and laptop repairs typically take 5 full business days. Complex repairs may take longer — we’ll give you an estimate when you drop off your device at our 71 Wuyuan Road retail store or schedule a pickup.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes! We offer courier pickup and delivery across all of Shanghai. Contact us on WeChat (tekshanghai_puxi) or WhatsApp (+8613764853462) to arrange pickup from your home or office. This is especially convenient for customers in Pudong since our Pudong office is appointment-only.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
All repairs come with a 90-day warranty. We use only high-quality replacement parts. If anything goes wrong with your repair within 90 days, bring it back to our Puxi store at 71 Wuyuan Road and we’ll fix it.
Do you speak English?
Yes! TEK-Shanghai is the only fully English-speaking tech repair company for expats in Shanghai. All our engineers speak English. We’ve been serving the expat community since 2013.
