How well do you sleep?

35% of people do not feel they get enough sleep, impacting both their physical and mental health.  A US study has estimated the annual costs of insomnia to be between $92.5 billion and $107.5 billion. 71,000 people suffer injuries every year due to sleep-related accidents. 1,550 people die because of sleep-related accidents. 46% of individuals with frequent sleep disturbances report missing work or events, or making errors at work, compared to 15% of healthy sleepers.

Create the perfect personal ambiance with the sleep buds

Living in a busy city also brings all the noise with it. We all start craving a little bit of peace and quiet especially right before we fall asleep. Sleeping buds can isolate you from the noise
and surroundings and take you to a place with perfect ambiance where sleep inevitable.

Amazfit – ZenBuds

More well known for its range of smartwatches, ZenBuds is Amazfit’s first foray into the ‘hearables’ market. Launched at CES 2020, ZenBuds are a pair of Bluetooth-enabled wireless earbuds sporting a range of features designed to help you relax and improve your sleep.

Bose – SleepBuds II

The Bose Sleepbuds II are a pair of small — very small — earbuds that were built specifically to try to help you sleep using a combination of sounds and music. Second-generation SleepBuds went through lots of changes and ready to offer an amazing sleep experience to its users.

Smart speakers to change the vibes around you

This might be not for everyone, but we got to admit most people enjoy white noises while working or even for sleeping. Cozy, relaxing tunes can easily make the process of falling in a sleep far smoother transaction.

Apple-HomePod Mini

Apple’s new smart speaker, the HomePod mini, takes a different approach. It’s smaller, simpler, and way less expensive than its bigger sibling, and thanks to Apple’s work on Siri over the past few years, it can actually do much more. Clear and strong sound quality can create relaxing atmospheres for you to enjoy your sleep fullest.

Amazon – Echo Dot

Amazon’s third-generation Echo Dot looks good and sounds great. With vastly improved audio, it’s now a distinctly better smart speaker than the Google Home Mini and can replace the larger Echo for less picky folks. It is a great choice for entry-level smart speakers. You can simply voice control and open various relaxing ambient music to help you sleep.

Improve your sleep quality with data

We all sleep every day but how well is this sleep is the question many wonders. Have you ever had a sleep but still woke up to a tired morning, smartwatches offer insightful data about your sleep to improve its quality.

Apple Watch – Series 6

With the Sleep app on Apple Watch, you can create bedtime schedules to help you meet your sleep goals. Wear your watch to bed, and Apple Watch can track your sleep. When you wake up, open the Sleep app to learn how much sleep you got and see your sleep trends over the past 14 days. This will help you rate your sleep quality and improve your sleep condition over time.

Fitbit – Versa 2

Fitbit wearables have long been capable of analyzing sleep metrics and turning that data into useful and actionable insights. Like other Fitbit trackers, the Versa 2 uses a combination of motion data and heart rate data to show you time spent in various sleep stages (light, deep, and REM). In addition to its sensors, another reason that the Versa 2 makes such a good sleep tracker is its huge battery. On a single charge, the device will last at least five days, allowing you to wear the watch at night for almost a week without taking it off to recharge.

Withings Sleep – Sleep Tracking Pad

If you’re looking to get a detailed picture of your sleep, the Withings Sleep Analyzer may well catch the eye. A dedicated sleep sensor that fits under your mattress, it’s been medically validated to detect sleep apnea, as well as provide deep insights into what happens in the time between going to bed and the alarm going off.
